Sara Gilbert to host CBS Talk Show on Parenthood
Lesbian Sara Gilbert, best known for her role as Darlene Conner-Healy on Roseanne
is going to co-host a new CBS talk show. The show, which is yet to be named, is CBS’
s answer to ABC’s The View, with celebrity moms discussing issues related to
parenthood.
Gilbert will be joined by Sharon Osbourne (The Osbournes, America’s Got Talent),
Leah Remini (The King of Queens), Julie Chen (Big Brother, The Early Show), Marissa
Jaret Winokur (the Broadway production of Hairspray) and Holly Robinson Peete
(Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, Celebrity Apprentice)
Gilbert and her partner Allison Adler have two children. Gilbert helped develop the new
show and will serve as its executive producer.
