photographed kissing another man.
Spanish tabloid magazine Cuore ran the photos of Real Madrid midfielder
Guti outside a restaurant.
Jose Maria Gutierrez Hernandez, 31, is married to TV presenter Arancha
de Benito and they have two children.
She has made a statement to the press stating she has decided to
"take a break" from their eight year marriage.
The story of his "gay kiss" has been widely reported on football blogs and websites.
Guti has played for Real Madrid his entire career, starting with their youth academy in 1986, and is one of
three team captains.
He has 13 caps for Spain and has scored three goals for his country and is something of a sex-symbol.
